ForgeWire Labs · Software

Independent software, with its own purpose and release state.

The projects make different contributions to the organization's engineering work. Each keeps its own source, architecture, availability, and limits. This is a portfolio of separate systems, not a single released platform.

RepoPact

Core defines and validates governed repository state. Workbench is a separate native interface that consumes Core and carries its own preview status.

Canonical semantics · CLIReleased CLI · 3.1.3

RepoPact Core

A repository-native record of intent, authority, work state, decisions, and evidence. The CLI and canonical semantic engine make that state inspectable across people, tools, and sessions.

Availability. Stable CLI package 3.1.3 is published on PyPI. The source tree continues to evolve separately from the packaged release.

RepoPact Workbench

A native interface for inspecting repository records, validation, dependencies, evidence, and supported changes prepared through RepoPact Core.

Availability. Available as a source-build preview; no packaged installers are listed. Recorded Windows and Android evidence has explicit platform limits.

RepoPact Core architecture: repository records connect to a canonical Rust engine, which serves CLI and Workbench clients and produces evidence and derived views. An optional host or CI integration has a provider-specific boundary.
RepoPact Core architecture from its public architecture documentation.

Diagram key. Blue arrows show exchanges with the Core engine; slate arrows show people, host integrations, evidence, and derived views; dashed boxes mark derived views. The host/CI box is optional and provider-specific. Open the full-size diagram.

RepoPact Workbench · Source-build preview. The README documents this genuine Windows x64 capture as a local build using a disposable Core conformance fixture. The visible counts are fixture data, not customer, production, or reliability metrics. Packaged installers are not listed. Open the full-resolution capture · View its source and provenance ↗

Research and private development

Work can be architecturally important before it is available.

The public materials describe direction and status. No public build or supported deployment is available for these projects.

Application and runtime · Private development

ForgeWire

ForgeWire is an application and runtime direction for organizing model-assisted work around project context, tools, and selected workflows, with a person reviewing the outcome.

Private development. The public overview describes work in progress, not application source or a supported installation path. ForgeWire remains private development; no public release date is announced.

Distributed execution · Private development

Fabric

Fabric is a separate execution control-plane direction for authenticated, policy-gated work across machines. The public overview describes a limited, configuration-dependent connection for selected ForgeWire workflows.

Private development. Fabric is not a public service or deployment option. Broader integration and release gates remain open; no public download or release date is announced.

ForgeWire Labs · Planning

Local-first planning ledgerDeveloper preview · 0.1.0a0

Anvil

A planning ledger for projects, issues, boards, workflows, and typed links to external work records.

Boundary. The JSON store is single-writer, and the API and on-disk schema may change. Anvil links execution records; its documented scope excludes execution ownership and audit trails.

ForgeWire Labs · Communications

Communication and human authorityLatest package · v2.0.1

A local-first communication and coordination platform. People own their communication state and decisions; agents enter through governed local interfaces.

Ownership and release. Now maintained in the ForgeWire Labs organization as Flink. The repository version is 2.0.3; the latest published installer is v2.0.1, and its README and release materials retain the former ForgeLink name. Release notes define the installer’s exact feature set.

SkillForge Academy

An offline-first desktop application for certification study, practical exercises, and exam preparation.

Release boundary. The public Windows release is v1.3.2. The current unreleased candidate and newer course-platform surfaces remain in development or beta with separate maturity status.
